Nervous aunts

My cousin Holly was getting married in Nashville, TN. Aunt Betty, Aunt Corey, Mom, Dad, Liz and I flew from Springfield, OH for the wedding. It was a typical spring day: scattered showers with mild turbulence. While climbing out from Springfield I heard heavy breathing over the intercom. I looked back and saw Aunt Betty hyperventilating with a death grip on Aunt Corey's arm. Mom was reading and Dad was playing Gameboy. Aunt Betty never cared for commercial flying either. The forecast for the return trip called for moderate turbulence. I assured them that once above the clouds, (about 10 minutes flight time) the ride would be smooth. My aunts elected to get car rides home!
